Sir John WhitmoreSir John Whitmore is Executive Chairman of Performance Consultants International Limited. He believes that our purpose as an organisation is to share the best leadership, social responsibility and other people skills among different countries and cultures for a sustainable future for all. A pioneer in the development of performance coaching, rated as the Number One Business Coach by the Independent Newspaper and as having had the most impact on the coaching profession by the UK Association of Coaching, John has written five books on sports, leadership, and coaching, of which Coaching for Performance is the best known having sold 300,000 copies in 17 languages.
David Brown David Brown is Chief Executive Officer of Performance Consultants International Limited. Previously adviser to Prudential Bach Securities Ltd, Macquarie Bank Limited and Hill Samuel Australia Limited, David is responsible for capital allocation, strategic planning and broad economic principles of operation at Performance Coach Training.
A 'natural' coach in the mould of Sir Richard Branson, David inspires and motivates colleagues and clients to turn into reality what they have occasionally imagined they could achieve or become. David is a master at platform creation to allow for complete systematic international expansion, and bedding down the architecture and disciplines that are required so that the platform is robust and ready for growth.
Carol WilsonCarol Wilson is Managing Director of Performance Coach Training and on the Executive Committee for Performance Consultants International. A professional speaker, writer and broadcaster, Carol is Head of Accreditation and Honorary Vice President at the Association for Coaching. She experienced the value of a coaching culture at first hand while working at board level with Richard Branson at Virgin and became the first woman in the world to found a successful record company. She works with organisations advising and implementing strategies to create a coaching culture and providing executive coaches and training managers in performance coaching, Carol was nominated for the AC Awards ‘Influence in Coaching’ and ‘Impact in Coaching’ and is the author of ‘Best Practice in Performance Coaching: a Handbook for Leaders, Coaches, HR Practitioners and Organisations' (Kogan Page 2007) which features forewords by Sir John Whitmore and Sir Richard Branson.
James WrightJames Wright, MSc, is Deputy MD and a specialist in team building and dynamic communication. He has delivered talks and training workshops to business and sporting audiences all over the world, inspiring them to achieve outstanding performance shifts both professionally and personally. He is the author of Seven for a Secret, (Fisher King 2007) a new coaching perspective for bereaved children aged 11 to 111.
Paul TableyPaul Tabley is a personal, sports and transformational coach. His work focuses on combining performance coaching skills with sports coaching, helping people to improve their game on the golf course, tennis court and in the arena of life in general. Paul achieved top 5 ranking as an international Real Tennis player and is known for his outstanding ability to inject the FGF - feelgood factor - into any group of people.
