Carol WilsonCarol Wilson is Managing Director of Performance Coach Training and on the Executive Committee for Performance Consultants International. A professional speaker, writer and broadcaster, Carol is Head of Professional Standards & Excellence at the Association for Coaching, overseeing Accreditation, Supervision and Course Recognition. She experienced the value of a coaching culture at first hand while working at board level with Richard Branson at Virgin and became the first woman in the world to found a successful record company. She works with organisations advising and implementing strategies to create a coaching culture and providing executive coaches and training managers in performance coaching. Carol was nominated for the AC Awards ‘Influence in Coaching’ and ‘Impact in Coaching’ and is the author of ‘Best Practice in Performance Coaching: a Handbook for Leaders, Coaches, HR Practitioners and Organisations' (Kogan Page 2007) which features forewords by Sir John Whitmore and Sir Richard Branson. She is currently doing a doctorate in Clean Language & Emergent Knowledge at Middlesex University and writes a monthly column in Training Journal called “Tools of the Trade”. |

Wendy OliverWendy Oliver is a highly qualified executive coach, coach supervisor and leadership trainer who works at senior manager and CEO level. Since 1994, Wendy has supported teams, executives and organisations to achieve and excel in their aims. Prior to that she gained her strong commercial approach working in senior sales management roles in the pharmaceutical and IT arenas; this experience supports her intuitive, inspiring and results oriented style. Wendy is an Accredited Coach and Assessor at the Association for Coaching and holds membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). In addition, she is passionate about the success of young people and works on a voluntary basis with the charity Youth at Risk, coaching 15 year old underachieving boys. |
