Accreditation with Performance Coach Training Ltd
For our workplace courses we can design accreditation to suit your requirements.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements .
The Open Executive Performance Coach Training Course:
- is Recognised by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management)
- is Recognised by the Association for Coaching
- puts you on the pathway to the University accredited MSc in Coaching & Development delivered in partnership by Performance Consultants Ltd, The Performance Coach and Portsmouth University Business School
- draws from the work of Sir John Whitmore and Carol Wilson
- gives you the opportunity to apply for Sir John Whitmore’s Coaching for Performance Accreditation and become a Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach. John’s seminal book of the same name has set the standard for coaching principles for the last 15 years and is well known in the corporate world among HR and other executives. The industry is currently unregulated everywhere in the world, so accreditation linked to this best-selling book, which has been translated into 19 languages, is a passport to excellence internationally
Accreditation on our Open course
The Institute of Leadership and Management is a government funded awarding body for general and specialist management qualifications. It is the leadership arm of City & Guilds, which awards NVQ qualifications and its awards are recognised nationally and internationally.
All of our courses are Recognised by the ILM either as Endorsed or Development training. Please note that our ILM Recognition does not confer ILM accreditation on the individual, simply that the coach has qualified in an ILM Recognised course.
- The Endorsed pathway includes assessment. Successful participants become accredited and receive an ILM Endorsed Award Certificate. There is an additional registration charge of £99+VAT per candidate in addition to the course fees. Registered candidates are given access to the ILM’s on line Leadership Knowledge Base for 1 year from registration.
- The Development pathway does not include formal assessment and all participants receive an ILM Development Certificate. There is an additional registration charge of £55+VAT per candidate in addition to the course fees. Registered candidates are given access to the ILM’s on line Leadership Knowledge Base for 1 year from registration.
Candidates who do not wish to pay the additional fees for ILM recognised certificates may opt to receive a Performance Coach Training Ltd Diploma confirming their status as a CfPAC (if they pass accreditation) or Certificate of Completion (if they do not undertake or pass accreditation). There is no additional charge for these documents.
Whether opting for an ILM Endorsed Certificate or a Performance Coach Training Diploma, all candidates who pass the accreditation process will be entitled to put the letters ‘CfPAC’ (Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach’ after their names, reflecting the fact that the course is based on Sir John Whitmore’s book ‘Coaching for Performance’ and approved by Sir John Whitmore.
