We provide train the trainer in-house programs that are based on Sir John Whitmore's best-selling, time honoured, “Coaching for Performance” and Carol Wilson’s “Best Practice in Performance Coaching". These programs are designed for your trainers to learn how to train your managers in the Performance Coach Training for Leadership, Module 1: Coaching Skills for Leaders course.
Your in-house trainers will undertake a train the trainer programme called Performance Coach Training for Leadership, Module 4: Train the Trainer which will equip them to roll out Module 1, the Coaching Skills for Leaders 2 day course, a management training programme designed to help your managers get the best from themselves and their teams.
The accreditation criteria, standards and ethics of the training reflect those of the UK's independent coaching body, The Association for Coaching, of which Sir John Whitmore is Honorary Vice President and Carol Wilson is Head of Professional Standards & Excellence.
The trainee trainers will first develop their executive coaching skills to a high standard on the Performance Coach Training for Leadership, Module 2: Executive Coach Course, incorporating the Module 1 Coaching Skills for Leaderscourse, then they will learn how to deliver Module 1 themselves. The style of the training is learning by doing. This is a very practical approach in which participants will have the opportunity to practise both coaching and training and to get feedback from our trainers and each other during the programme.
Your trainers will eventually be will be apprenticed to one of our trainers to commence the roll-out of the Module 1 Coaching Skills for Leaders course in order to develop a coaching management style throughout your organisation.

After a career at board level in the entertainment industry, including a decade working directly with Sir Richard Branson, Carol now creates coaching culture programmes for organisations all over the world. She was nominated for the AC Awards ‘Influence in Coaching’ and ‘Impact in Coaching’ and has studied personally with the foremost thought leaders in coaching related fields, including Sir John Whitmore (pioneer of coaching), Tim Gallwey (founder of the Inner Game), John Grinder (co-founder NLP), Richard Barratt (founder of Cultural Transformation Tools) and David Grove (founder of Clean Language). She is the author of “Best Practice in Performance Coaching: A Handbook for Leaders, Coaches, HR
Professionals and Organizations” (Kogan Page 2007) featuring Forewords from Sir John Whitmore and Sir Richard Branson, and of many coaching articles including a monthly column in Training Journal.
