The CTT model was developed by Richard Barratt and is used to map the personal values of employees and their perception of the current and desired culture values of the organisation. The model is also used to map the values of teams and any other group of individuals who share a common heritage or purpose. CTT has been used to map the values of over 500 organizations in 31 countries. The tools are available in 18 languages. Click here for more information.
The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people's lives. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, being due to basic difference in the way individual prefer to use their perception and judgment.
Reuven BarOn is an internationally acknowledged expert in defining, measuring and applying emotional intelligence. He coined the term "EQ" ("emotional quotient") and created the Emotional Quotient Inventory (the EQ-i), Over one million EQ-i assessments have been conducted worldwide in the first five years since its publication, making it one of the most popular psychological tests.
Daniel Goleman said of Reuven BarOn:
"Your work is leading the way in moving this field forward."
Because no two individuals have exactly the same expectations and desires, conflict is a natural part of our interactions with others. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is a self-scoring exercise that takes about 15 minutes to complete. Interpretation and feedback materials help you learn about the most appropriate uses for each conflict-handling mode. It also gives suggestions for increasing your "comfort level" with your less used styles.
360 degree feedback is a method and a tool that provides each employee the opportunity to receive performance feedback from his or her supervisor and four to eight peers, reporting staff members, co-workers and customers.
