Course designer & trainer Carol Wilson worked closely at board level with Richard Branson for a decade in the early coaching culture of Virgin. She writes a monthly column in Training Journal entitled ‘Tools of the Trade’ which features tools and models useful to coaches in addition to standard coaching skills, and has created coaching culture programmes for organisations including CLM 2012 Olympic Construction Consortium, IKEA, NCR, BBC, the Arts Council and various schools and County Councils.
