Carol WilsonFormer Head of Professional Standards & Excellence at the Association for Coaching, overseeing Coaching Supervision and Accreditation, Carol Wilson draws from 25 years at corporate MD and board level, including 10 years reporting directly to Sir Richard Branson. She has collaborated with organisations all over the world to enable them to create a coaching culture and is working on a doctorate at Middlesex University.
Carol is author of Best Practice in Performance Coaching: A Handbook for Leaders, Coaches, HR Professionals and Organizations, featuring forewords by Sir John Whitmore and Sir Richard Branson, and is also contributing author to Excellence in Coaching: The Industry Guide, edited by Jonathan Passmore and The Handbook of Knowledge Based Coaching, edited by Leni Wildflower and Dianne Brennan. She has also published over 50 coaching articles, including a monthly column in Training Journal.
Carol was nominated for the AC Awards 'Influence in Coaching' and 'Impact in Coaching' and has studied personally with the foremost thought leaders in coaching related fields, including Sir John Whitmore (pioneer of coaching), Tim Gallwey (founder of the Inner Game), John Grinder (co-founder NLP), Richard Barratt (founder of Cultural Transformation Tools) and David Grove (founder of Clean Language).
James WrightKeynote speaker James Wright, MSc, is a specialist in team building and dynamic communication. He has worked in the UK and abroad training people to become outstanding communicators. In the 1980s James was a National Sales Manager in the telecommunications industry, then moved into team coaching and lecturing. Over the next twelve years he worked as Great Britain Men's Volleyball Team Coach, achieving the highest overall mark in FIVB Stage II, the highest international volleyball coaching award. Simultaneously, James was a lecturer at Leeds University, Leeds Metropolitan University and Sheffield Hallam Business School on courses including Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership, Social Psychology in Physical Education, Psychology in Physical Education, Psychological Foundations of Physical Education and Sport.
James has worked with Performance Coach Training for ten years, delivering coaching and leadership programmes to organisations all over the world and is an expert in multi-cultural groups. He is committed to the work of Amnesty International and speaks regularly in schools and colleges around the UK on its behalf. He is the author of Seven for a Secret, (Fisher King 2007) a new coaching perspective for bereaved children aged 11 to 111.
Wendy OliverWendy Oliver is a highly qualified executive coach, coach supervisor and leadership trainer who works at senior manager and CEO level. Since 1994, Wendy has supported teams, executives and organisations to achieve and excel in their aims. Prior to that she gained her strong commercial approach working in senior sales management roles in the pharmaceutical and IT arenas; this experience supports her intuitive, inspiring and results oriented style. Wendy is an Accredited Coach and Assessor at the Association for Coaching and holds membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). In addition, she is passionate about the success of young people and works on a voluntary basis with the charity Youth at Risk, coaching 15 year old underachieving boys.
Tracey WoodcockAdministration Manager Tracey Woodcock manages accounts, course bookings, free coaching teleseminars, logistics and enquiries. Always efficient and happy to help, Tracey is a key player in keeping our show on the road.
Michelle DrapeauAs Business Development Manager, Michelle Drapeau is responsible for PR, marketing and client liaison. She co-ordinates all Performance Coach Training media activities and manages Carol's public speaking diary.
Michelle is an experienced, published writer and has written articles for both trade and consumer magazines.
Sarah GreenSarah is our project manager and comes with 16 years' B2B experience, seven of them spent at the helm of her own ventures. Sarah is known for her ability to see the wood through the trees and has successfully delivered dynamic, relevant and timely solutions for business development and project management challenges.
Sir John WhitmoreSir John Whitmore is Executive Chairman of Performance Consultants International Limited. He believes that our purpose as an organisation is to share the best leadership, social responsibility and other people skills among different countries and cultures for a sustainable future for all. A pioneer in the development of performance coaching, rated as the Number One Business Coach by the Independent Newspaper and as having had the most impact on the coaching profession by the UK Association of Coaching, John has written five books on sports, leadership, and coaching, of which Coaching for Performance is the best known having sold 300,000 copies in 17 languages.

Paul TableyPaul Tabley is a personal, sports and transformational coach. His work focuses on combining performance coaching skills with sports coaching, helping people to improve their game on the golf course, tennis court and in the arena of life in general. Paul achieved top 5 ranking as an international Real Tennis player and is known for his outstanding ability to inject the FGF - feelgood factor - into any group of people.
