PRACTICE PERIOD BETWEEN TRAINING DAYS
Participants are paired up to practise their skills and give each other feedback for approximately one hour per week. This can be done face to face or by telephone. The purpose is to provide a safe place where participants can stretch their skills, take risks, make mistakes and make the process their own. This practice enables our students to progress to higher levels of competence and integrate the skills.
DAY 4: TRAINING
DAY 5: ASSESSMENTS
Each candidate coaches another participant for 20 minutes observed by our assessor, who will award a pass or fail mark and provide verbal feedback.
For candidates coming from overseas who do not wish to fly in twice, the final two days including assessment may be completed by telephone at an extra charge of £200 + VAT. However, completing the course in person is recommended as there are great benefits in the class work within the group.
