Coaching Supervision is a practice where coaches can be supported in reflecting upon their work with clients, and receive some mentoring, recognition and challenge from another experienced coach. To enable the best possible use of this time, organisations who have trained internal coaches are now training Coaching Supervisors to support those coaches.
We have designed this course specifically to meet the needs of Coaching Supervisors in the workplace.
The training is based on our 4 Way Contract, which identifies the areas of focus for a Supervisors of Workplace coaches:
It covers all aspects of Coaching Supervision including regularity, content of a session, pitfalls, ethics and boundaries.

This course is Recognised by the ILM and ILM stamped certificates are available at extra charge.
ILM Development certificate: confirms participant has completed the course (£55+ VAT)

Accreditation requirements:
The Institute of Leadership and Management is a government run awarding body for general and specialist management qualifications. It is the leadership arm of City & Guilds, which awards NVQ qualifications, and its awards are internationally recognised.
